Eligibility for Return & Replacement

Returns and replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

✔ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
✔ The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
✔ A proper unboxing video is provided as proof
✔ The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement for:

  • Damaged products

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect product received

  • Size exchange (subject to availability)

Replacement Process:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order ID and unboxing video

  3. Our team will verify the issue

  4. Replacement will be dispatched after approval

Return Policy
